Just a Good Ole Boy that grew up with a Mom that was a Veggie so If I wanted meat...and wanted it to have some TASTE, I had to cook it. The first thing I made (outside of Mac & Cheese) was when I was about 8 or 9, I loved the taste of fried up peppers and the taste of fried up steak...so..."Pepper Steak" was the first and not last thing that got this cooking mind rolling.
