“Ultimate Cheesy Cauliflower casserole”

Break up and steam two heads of Cauliflower until done but still firm

Align Cauliflower in oven proof dish

melt 4 tbsp butter and whisk in a 1/4 cup flower

stir in 2 cups of milk and whisk until it starts to thicken

use 3 to 6 cloves of garlic smashed, diced and then smushed by pressing on the back of the blade while pulling across the garlic making it a smooth paste

dice up one large yellow onion and saute it in 4 tbsp butter until translucent, saute in the garlic and add to the mix

Pour the mix lightly and evenly over the cauliflower just enough to barely cover them, not all puddled up in it.

sprinkle a little bit of paprika over them and add some bread crumbs on that, bake it at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes and serve it up
