“Ultimate Drunk cooking awesome creamy chicken pasta”

This shit is “AWESOME”…


Take 3 to 4 breast pieces, saute and cube to the size of your liking …


Sizzle up 4 to 5 thick slices of bacon and chop them to the size ya want, your eating it not me”…


I like big and small pieces”…


“First and foremost”….you are gonna need a BIG FUGGIN POT (or pan), this is a one pot thang….slice up half a huge red onion or 3/4 of a small one (screw it, use the whole thing)”…


slice up a zucchini like this”…


Saute the red onion first til just lightly browning in 2 tbls butter then add the Zucc”…


next add a whole pack of them sliced mushrooms, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 tsp red pepper flakes (opt), 2 tbls Italian seasoning and 1/2 the bacon ya cut up (I use the big pieces here and save the little pieces for later…you’ll see) and toss it around a bit”…


Grab about a dozen basil leaves out of the garden (or a whole pack of the shit ya get in the store) and 4 to 6 cloves of garlic (peeled of course)”…


Chop up the basil and smash the garlic how ever the hell ya want it, I smoosh it like a puree…but thats me”…


Yes, theres more…Next get 6 or 8 pieces of sundried tomatoes (or 10)”…


and cut them into slices like this here…”…


Now the wet shit.  Now add 2 cups chicken broth”…


Cut up and add a whole brick of cream cheese (thats the goooood shit)”…


Throw in a 1/2 cup Mozzarelli’s “…


about a big hand full or Parm”…


…a whole bag of spinach (Didnt I tell ya your gonna need a big fuggin pot…I think i used the big bag in this one) and a whole box of cooked pasta of your choice (I like the Rigatoni’s myself)”…


Toss it up good on a low heat so ya dont really cook the spinach (or Pop-eye will kick your ass) toss the whole shit and sha-bang in a casserole dish (or what ever freakin’ big shittin’ thing ya got)”…


Cover with about a cup of Mozzarelli’s spread even to cover all that shit”…


“BACON”…this is why ya saved the little ones.


Either bake in the oven if its cold out to save the heat or throw in the smoker or grill at about 350 to 375 til golden and bubbly”…


“AND EAT”…you are gonna LOVE this
