Good gooey stuff
This is a dip that’s easy to make
Line a 9″ pie tin evenly on sides and bottom with room temp cream cheese then add about 1/2″ to 3/4″ of chili, fill to about a 1/4″ from top of tin
Now add the warmed refried beans, I prefer to use a pastry bag with no nozzle…it’s just easier. here I used one 16oz. can for two dips, I usually use 3/4 of a can for one dip which is why it looks a little thin, but it came out just as good.
Use a piece of plastic wrap on top and lightly tap on the beans to evenly spread them out a bit.
Now spread a light layer of salsa (any kind you like, I like HOT salsa on mine) and you can also add sliced Jalepeno’s on top of the salsa which is awesome
Cover the top evenly with Mexican four cheese blend (or what ever you prefer) and bake in a preheated grill which is great when people are over and your cooking a ton of food already (or oven) at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes (little longer for two) and thats it…”Enjoy” (Tostito’s Scoops work great for this.
