This is one “hell” of a munchies you will not be able to stop eating…lets get started…



First, start off with dicing up about a 1/4 cup of red onion and two heaping Table spoons of Cilantro

then mush up smooth 3 cloves of garlic

Put it all together in a bowl with two teaspoons of fresh lime zest (wouldn't even try lime juice), 2 tsp. Chili Powder, 1 tsp. Cumin and a 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper powder, 1 tsp. Sea Salt and 2 tsp. Black pepper

Slice 6 large Jalapeno's in 1/2 and deseed, Mix the ingredients in the bowl up with 4oz. (1/2 a brick) of room temperature cream cheese and using a teaspoon spoon the mix onto the pepper half evenly not trying to fill but coat the pepper leaving a depression for the shrimp.

Take 6 large Royal Red Shrimp (Royals taste best but you can also use jumbo shrimp) not colossal just big ones and cut in half lengthwise placing one 1/2 on each pepper

Using normal cut (Not thick cut) bacon, starting at the fat end of the pepper wrap the bacon around working down to the skinny end.

Arrange them on a rack like so

Bake in a preheated oven at 425 for 20 minutes

Roast these lil’ bitches in a preheated grill (or oven) at 400+ for 20 minutes



...and eat'm up, no sauce needed as the cream cheese mix acts like the sauce
