Ok, in a nice size mixing bowl take 3/4 cup flour.

mix together 3 eggs (got lucky here with a double-yolker in one of the eggs) and 3/4 cup of milk

Whisk vigorously until smooth and grab a big spoon because your gonna need to be fast in the next step

Ok...grab the tin from the ovem and QUICKLY pour in the batter to half full and throw it back in the oven while the batter is still bubbling (be careful, that shit is HOT)

bake for about 15 to 18 minutes...until the tips of the puffs are a nice golden brown....take'm out and the guests will know what to do then...enjoy
