“Ultimately Awesome Funky Stuffed Chicken”

Ok, grab a beer and pull out the pack of boneless Chicken breasts (three pack), smash thjem out to about 1/4″ thick, cut the chicken into two even halves


Place a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on it, top that with 6 to 8 trimmed pieces of Asparagus and a healthy slice of Pablano pepper in adobo sauce



Grab another beer and roll’m up with the Asparagus length wise as shown



Using two thick slices of baconwrap from one end to the other over lapping the slices in the middle



preheat oven to 400 and Place on a rack spaced evenly



Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until Bacon is golden and yummy as hell lookin (or grill on Med-high for same time)



Remove from oven and top with Smoked Provolone (one slice per roll) and bake for 3 to 5 minutes just to melt cheese and CHOW’m (best to use a good cream sauce like Bearnaise with this stuff)
