Start with three large yellow squash cleaned, halved and sliced about a 1/4 inch or so thick

Then do the same to three large Zuccini

Dice up one large red onion into about 3/4

clean and half about 3/4 of a pound of green beans

cut up one large red and one large yellow pepper into big chunks about 3/4

Pre-steam 1 pound of cleaned baby carrots

cut, dice and SMOOSH 6 cloves of garlic into a smooth paste like consistency

saute up the onions in 4 tbsp butter and add the garlic and set aside

saute the peppers for about 5 minutes prior to adding the rest of the junk

add the the rest of the junk except the onions and mushrooms and saute for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally as to not over cook the bottom veggies

Ok, after 15 to 20 minutes of cooking and stirring you can now add the onions with 1 pound of cleaned and sliced baby bella mushrooms, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp pepper and 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder. let it cook covered about 10 to 15 minutes more stirring often
